🐷 Ractopamine Meme Satire: The Ractopamine Taiwanese Pigs Won't Eat, the DPP Wants Taiwanese People to Swallow!
A short piece presented as a meme, strongly criticizing the decision of the Tsai Ing-wen and Su Tseng-chang DPP government to open imports of pork containing ractopamine. When a government needs votes, they loudly shout “the people are the masters.” Once they temporarily don’t need votes, the people are treated worse than pigs—having to swallow ractopamine-tainted pork for international relations that politicians describe only as visions without actual results.
When they want votes, it’s “the people are the masters”; when they don’t, it’s “worse than pigs and dogs.”
